Bookings & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Your appointment is only secured once payment has been received.
Consent Form
Before we begin working together, you'll be asked to read and sign a consent form. This form outlines how we'll work together, your rights as a client, and how your information is handled. Signing it is a required first step before your first session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. You're welcome to reschedule your session, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments ("no-shows"), are non-refundable and will be charged in full. This policy allows me to offer that time to another client who may need it.
Refunds
I do not offer refunds on any sessions, services, or packages. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. If you need to cancel an appointment, I'm happy to reschedule you to another suitable time, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice.
Confidentiality
What you share with me is treated with the utmost respect and kept strictly confidential. Your privacy is central to the work we do together.
There are limited circumstances where I may be required to share information without your consent, in line with my legal and ethical obligations. These include where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or another person, where there is concern for the safety of a child, or where I am required to disclose information by law (such as a court order).
